1. About Xlamatic

Xlamatic is a creative platform that connects artists, musicians, producers, recording engineers, videographers, studios, event organizers, and other creative professionals. The platform allows users to collaborate, book services, organize events, sell products, and manage creative projects. Xlamatic is operated from Finland and currently focuses on serving users and businesses in Finland.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Xlamatic ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

3. Platform Features

Users may:

Create professional profiles
Apply as creators or freelancers
Build portfolios
Discover creative professionals
Book recording studios
Hire producers, engineers, videographers, and other creatives
Manage projects and collaborations
Organize events
Sell and purchase event tickets
Buy and sell beats and instrumentals
Buy and sell music production services
Buy and sell music equipment
Sell merchandise
Manage bookings and schedules

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You may register directly or via Google OAuth. When using Google OAuth, you authorise us to access your name, email address, and profile picture for authentication purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities occurring under your account

5. Age Requirement

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Xlamatic services. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

6. Creator Approval

Xlamatic operates an approval-based creator system. Creators, freelancers, studios, and service providers may be reviewed before gaining access to creator features. Xlamatic reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove creator accounts at its discretion.

7. Bookings and Services

Xlamatic supports the following booking types:

Studio bookings
Recording sessions
Engineering services
Production services
Creative service bookings
Event scheduling

Service providers are responsible for maintaining accurate availability, pricing, and service information. Users are responsible for attending bookings and complying with any applicable cancellation policies.

8. Google Calendar Integration

Users may connect Google Calendar to manage studio bookings, schedule recording sessions, coordinate creative projects, organize events, manage availability, receive reminders, and synchronize booking schedules.

Google Calendar access is optional and requires user consent
We use your Calendar solely for scheduling accuracy
We do not access private event details unrelated to bookings
You may revoke access through your Google Account settings at any time

9. Marketplace

Xlamatic may facilitate the sale of:

Beats and instrumentals
Music production services
Recording services
Mixing and mastering services
Merchandise
Event tickets
Music equipment
Creative digital products

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the rights to any products, services, music, content, or materials they offer through the platform.

10. Payments

Payments are processed through Paytrail. Xlamatic may charge service fees, commissions, booking fees, ticketing fees, membership fees, or marketplace fees. Applicable fees will be displayed before transactions are completed.

11. Events

Users may organize events and sell tickets through Xlamatic. Event organizers are responsible for the information they provide and for managing their events in compliance with applicable laws.

12. Memberships

Xlamatic may offer membership programs and subscription services. Membership features, pricing, and benefits may change over time. Members will be notified of any material changes.

13. User Content

Users may upload to the platform:

Music
Instrumentals
Beats
Videos
Images
Artwork
Merchandise designs
Portfolio content
Profile content

Users retain ownership of their content. Users are responsible for ensuring they own or have permission to use, distribute, license, or sell any content uploaded to the platform. Xlamatic reserves the right to remove content that violates applicable laws or intellectual property rights.

14. Privacy Commitments

Xlamatic does not sell personal information. We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you acknowledge our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

15. Disputes

Xlamatic may assist in resolving disputes between users. However, agreements, services, sales, bookings, and transactions are primarily the responsibility of the users involved. We encourage users to communicate directly to resolve any issues.

16. Limitation of Liability

Xlamaticsounds Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, where permitted by applicable law.

17. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

19. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
