3. Google OAuth

We offer the option to log in using your Google account via Google OAuth (implemented through Laravel Socialite). When you choose to sign in with Google, we receive the following information from your Google profile:

  • Google profile picture (avatar)

This information is used solely for authentication and personalising your account. We do not store your Google password, post to your Google accounts, or access any other Google account data without your explicit consent.

4. Google Calendar Integration

Our platform integrates with Google Calendar to help you manage studio bookings, recording sessions, creative projects, events, and availability. When you connect your Google Calendar:

  • We access your Google Calendar only after obtaining your explicit permission via OAuth
  • We read your calendar events to check availability and avoid scheduling conflicts
  • We create, update, or delete calendar events on your behalf to reflect bookings made through our platform
  • We send reminders and synchronise booking schedules
  • You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your account settings or revoke access through your Google Account settings

Google Calendar access is optional and requires your consent. Google Calendar data is used exclusively for scheduling purposes and is never shared with third parties.

5. Google User Data Commitment

Xlamatic uses Google Calendar data only to provide user-requested functionality. We adhere to the following commitments:

  • We do not sell Google user data
  • We do not use Google Workspace API data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models
  • We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements
